The large home has generous living areas overlooking a pool.

Mini Mansion

Fully optioned luxury home

The roof terrace is the crowning feature of the Melbourne home-and what a great spot to view the New Year's Eve fireworks.

Descend  down the spiral stairs to four bedrooms, a Master Bedroom suite with a view platform to enjoy lake views, media room and ample bathrooms.

The ground floor zoned living areas overlook the sparkling pool and north facing terrace. A butler's pantry and dumb waiter to carry drinks upstairs completes  the luxurious lifestyle. And all these features on  under 500sqm of land.

Home reno to die for

We turn a small heritage cottage into contemporary resort style living!

We loved the original features and kept the built form and two fireplaces intact. After opening up the original rooms into a grand master suite and  media room, large study, bedroom   and luxury bathrooms, the home is extended in the rear to match the existing architecture with new carport, large family room with gourmet  but practical kitchen (thanks to the owners suggestions we took on board!),  three additional bedrooms, a retreat and outdoor kitchen.

Six units- not 5!

We are getting close to a 6 unit permit- when anothers got 5 Refused!

The client's previous 5 unit application was refused by Council. It was designed by a different Architect firm.

We redesigned and submitted a totally different 6 unit proposal.

And Council likes AuArchitecture's 6 unit design- things are looking good for this young first time developer!

A modular farmhouse with BnB on 110 acres of pristine land

The rural zoning allowed only one dwelling on the fire prone land.

We designed a modular home which will be prefabricated off site due to the remote location. The ten bedrooms share a large family area and common kitchen. The owners' pavilion enjoys three bedrooms, study and living area opening out onto decks to enjoy the views!  Let's discuss your custom designed project today!

A new dream home or investment property in your backyard

Turn your first home into your first development project. Our Founder did! You can choose to live in  it or use it for investment purposes to build equity. Knock down one home and Build Two!

Add value to your under utlised land

Our client decided to demolish the  tired old 3 bedroom home in Doncaster and develop it into two luxury units each with five bedrooms, double garage, media room, gourmet kitchen, butler's pantry or  service kitchen for Asian style cooking and north facing family areas. The plan is zoned into three living spaces designed  to suit  a grown up family. All Greater Melbourne councils are not supportive of  duplex style developments! How can you subdivide your land?

AuArchitecture will gladly donate  design and planning services  to charitable organisations worldwide. Contact us.

We would love to serve you through smart and beautiful  designs for your dream house, dual occupancy, townhouse or apartment projects or commercial and industrial buildings which makes  a difference.

I recall doing a

  • large multi unit  residential design with a sky-street on the fifth level for the kids to play in safety while  creating  a real sense of community living and

  • a modular home design which grew with the family budget rather like a series of plug in components and

  • the windmill house with views where each stair landing led to a different view and function and

  • right down to designing and obtaining planning permits for practical traditional designs to meet the family  or developer's budget and objectives.

Our Founder has  worked on hundreds of development sites for dual occupancy and townhouses. He worked on commercial, health, education, retail and leisure projects to name a few other disciplines.

Our professional designs are flexible to suit your vision and realistic to meet your budget.
