We are getting close to a 6 unit permit- when anothers got 5 Refused!

The client's previous 5 unit application was refused by Council. It was designed by a different Architect firm.

We redesigned and submitted a totally different 6 unit proposal.

And Council likes AuArchitecture's 6 unit design- things are looking good for this young first time developer!

A modular farmhouse with BnB on 110 acres of pristine land

The rural zoning allowed only one dwelling on the fire prone land.

We designed a modular home which will be prefabricated off site due to the remote location. The ten bedrooms share a large family area and common kitchen. Our client decided to demolish the  tired old 3 bedroom home in Doncaster and develop it into two luxury units each with five bedrooms, double garage, media room, gourmet kitchen, butler's pantry or  service kitchen for Asian style cooking and north facing family areas. The plan is zoned into three living spaces designed  to suit  a grown up family. All Greater Melbourne councils are not supportive of  duplex style developments! How can you subdivide your land?
