Our Fees for Town Planning and Building permit documentation.

We offer a pay by the month plan to reduce the burden on retirees.

Our fees are split into Town Planning basic which is a budget service with no design changes. The Platinum service gives you multiple design changes and options. The Building Permit fees are locked in.

In all instances you will pay the external consultants direct and they include the land surveyor to kick start the project. Other consultants include but not limited to the engineers, landscape designer, arborist, energy rater and  soil tester. You will pay all applications fees as they arise and include Council Application fees, advertising fees, fees to obtain information on sewer, stormwater to name a few.
