Building over under utilised spaces could solve housing problems in congested cities. Air spaces over specific roads, public car parking, drainage easements are all great sources of land supply.
We designed this modular low cost living space project-modular tiny houses in the city- for the thousands of lowly paid workers who would like to live near work-air spaces over  roads near industrial estates are ideal. They would reactivate the street  and bring life into these desolate areas.
It wasn't that long back when the city was dead at night 5 days a week- but with the advent of apartments and student accommodation Sydney and Melbourne cities came alive 7 days a week.
Its good for business, social living and community safety,
