The builder client and us went through "hell" to garner support for this contemporary dream home from the land developer.

Change after change, more information requests and ever changing design goal posts tested our persistence, patience and resilience I guess!

And we are almost there! The construction should start soon.

The over 500 sqm house will have its own dumb waiter so entertaining on the roof garden will be a breeze.

Other features include:

  • large home office with separate entrance

  • grand stair against a backdrop of marble and soaring ceiling

  • multiple bedrooms and ensuites

  • a Master Suite with lake views will be luxurious and zoned "private".

  • walk in laundry, games room and pool

  • large butler's pantry attached to a generous kitchen
