Building Stage

 

The building construction documents will enable the builders to price the job. Those documents will include at the least the architectural working drawings, structural engineering design and computation, the civil or drainage design. That will be accompanied by the geotech report, energy report and landscape plans. Other consultants will prepare their documents as required by the Permit conditions. Read more
